Rosalia Vila or Rosalia (Spanish meaning "Rosalia") Rosalia Vila (Spanish for "Rosalia") is an Spanish pop and flamenco singer. Since the age of 13, Rosalia Vila has been a participant in pop flamenco and music. Her music also strays into various genres, including hip-hop soul and Trap. The flamenco guitar player Pepe habichuela characterized her voice as delicate and sharp, however she still featuring the sharpness of older singers. El Mal Querer is her second album that was made available in 2018, which was commercially and critically acclaimed. Following Los Angeles, her debut album from 2017, she was awarded a Latin Grammy for Best New Artist as well as an Latin Grammy nod. La Fama featuring Weeknd debuted in 2021. Motomami is her third album included songwriting collaborations with Cory Henry and James Blake. The set was released on March 20, 2022 after performances of the song Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was the very first Spanish artist to perform solo on the show. Motomami was the only woman in history to be the recipient of the Latin Album of the Year twice, and also three Latin Grammy Awards.
